Because we use a third-party application to perform Session Recording, we have to manually link the recordings to each lead (if included in your current Plan). Linking them could take up to 15 business days. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Session Recording is starting only when the surfer has activity on the webpage, such as scrolling or clicking. Sometimes, they don't. And sometimes, their activity is not enough to proceed to the recording. Then, unfortunately, the recording may be unavailable for good.
You may only upgrade your Plan online. For technical purposes, you are not able to downgrade your subscription online. Please contact our Commercial Support if you wish to downgrade your Plan.
