In order to install RTLS, you need to contact our Commercial Support first. Then you will be assigned an API key and login and password to access our User Inteface. You will have to declare all the domains you want to use into the UI. Finally, please refer to our API section to install the RTLS JavaScripts. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact us.

Once a lead is registered in our database, you can access the Lead Score by two means: either on our UI, which does not allow you to process any automated actions. Or you can access it through our API, with a PHP cURL code or with a JavaScript code. Either way, you will get the Lead Score on the webpage you are calling it so you can process it to mark the lead as good or bad, or to decide whether you wish to pay it to your affiliate or agency. Please refer to our API section to install the RTLS JavaScripts. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact us.

Because we use a third-party application to perform Session Recording, we have to manually link the recordings to each lead (if included in your current Plan). Linking them could take up to 15 business days. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Session Recording is starting only when the surfer has activity on the webpage, such as scrolling or clicking. Sometimes, they don't. And sometimes, their activity is not enough to proceed to the recording. Then, unfortunately, the recording may be unavailable for good.

You may only upgrade your Plan online. For technical purposes, you are not able to downgrade your subscription online. Please contact our Commercial Support if you wish to downgrade your Plan.
